The International Rugby Experience is open 7 days a week from 9.30am until 6pm.
Yes, we have a lift in the building to facilitate access for wheelchair users. We can arrange a tour guide to help navigate the building if it is required on the day. If you have concerns or specific requirements, you can let us know by emailing info@internationalrugbyexperience.com and we will be happy to help.
The experience is self-guided for all visitors.
On occasion, guided tours may be arranged on request. Please contact info@internationalrugbyexperience.com for further information.
We expect visitors to spend approximately 1 hour 30 minutes making their way through the experience.
Yes! The International Rugby Experience is for all ages and is a great family day out.
We would encourage visitors to book their tickets online in advance so that they get the date/time most suited to them. We will, however, be able to accommodate walk in visitors as well.

Yes, there is a cafe on the 1st floor which has the same opening hours as the experience. It will service tea, coffee, soup, sandwiches and snacks. This will also be open to the general public on days when they are not visiting the experience itself but still want to enjoy our beautiful building.
